Here’s our process:

1. Pre-Client Discovery Meeting​
Meet with Stephen Saberin to align on goals, review the deal, and plan next steps.

2. Client Discovery Meeting
We join you and the client to confirm needs, gather requirements, and begin scoping the engagement.

3. Client Technical Discovery
For migrations or integrations, we request access or a screen share to assess the client’s setup and complexity.

4. Client Presentation​
We present our solution and quote, then schedule a kickoff with the client’s stakeholders.
