This update is HUGE for the HubSpot platform because it allows users to extend the possibilities of HubSpot’s out of the box features and really tailor a solution that fits their needs.
With React, developers can build cards right on a record so you have all of the information you need, where you need it and when you need it.

CRM Data Components
Save time and increase efficiency by customizing the record page view by team! This update allows you to customize cards with eight data components, so that your team only has to see the data that matters to them.
The eight components include data Association Lists, Pivots and Tables, as well as Data Highlights, Property Lists, Quick Actions, Reports and Stage Trackers!
This allows you to do a number of things including:
- Filter associated contacts
- View deal and ticket pipeline stages
- Monitor important reports and trends on records and more!
Artificial Intelligence
AI is now and HubSpot is ahead of the curve. Keep reading for a few of the exciting updates we can expect to come our way.

AI Website Builder - Currently in private beta, HubSpot is curating an AI-powered, page building experience that will significantly streamline your process.
AI Content Assistant: Image Generation - Use AI to create custom imagery based on prompt and text.
AI Assisted Reports & Descriptions - Currently available as a public beta for Operations Hub users, you can now build reports using AI by asking one simple question prompt. You can also use AI to help you add and edit descriptions on your reports in HubSpot.
Landing Page Creation from Content Generation - Generate a landing page using AI in HubSpot by simply sharing your page copy and letting AI do the work.

Sales Hub Refresh
Sales Hub is getting a refresh! The art of Sales is getting harder and the answer isn't just adding more and more... like more reps and more tools. The answer is in customer connection. So, HubSpot has focused on features that can help foster that connection.
Here is a look at a few of those features:
Prospecting Workspace - HubSpot is adding a dedicated workspace for sales reps that will help reps do a number of things including enhancing their daily organization, helping them focus on tasks and allowing them to prioritize efficiently.
Lead Management - HubSpot is introducing a new leads “object”, embedded into the prospecting workspace so users can now easily generate leads from contacts, similar to how they create deals!
Sequences - Sequences will see a few exciting updates including A/B Testing, Sequence Step Analytics and Outcome Reporting!
Lead Form Qualification - Currently in public beta, this feature allows you to set conditional rules in HubSpot forms to ensure that your leads are being routed to the right person. Talk about customer experience - this is a big one!
Deal Inspection View - Gain access into the health of your deal pipeline and sales processes with this new view.
Deal Tags - Use custom tags to better visualize which deals you should be prioritizing.

A New Hub: Commerce Hub
HubSpot is introducing a new HubSpot Hub... Commerce Hub!
This Hub will now house all of your favorite Commerce tools including:
- HubSpot payments
- Quotes
- Payment Links
- Automated Billing
- Products Library
What is new?
Stripe Payment Processing - This new flexible payment processing feature allows you to effortlessly and speedily collect payments from your customers directly within the HubSpot CRM using your existing Stripe login. Get the best of both worlds by being able to utilize HubSpot's commerce tools + Stripe.
Invoices - You can now create invoices right from Contacts, Companies, Deals, or Quotes records and associated object info so everything is in one place. You can use HubSpot payments (including ACH and Credit Card) or Stripe payment processing.
