We partner closely with HubSpot Reps like you to ensure that our technical expertise complements your efforts, delivering the best possible outcomes for your clients. Whether it’s building advanced integrations, customizing workflows, or unlocking HubSpot’s full potential, we help customers get the most out of their investment. Here’s how we’ll work with you to support and delight our shared customers:

1. Pre-Client Discovery Meeting​
 Meet with Stephen Saberin, Senior Partnerships Manager, using the Meeting Scheduler below.  We’ll discuss the details together, and we’ll work with you towards the next step.

2. Client Discovery Meeting
We’ll jump on a call with you and the client to confirm their needs and ask any additional questions required. From there, we’ll gather user requirements and begin working on your exact quote for services.

3. Client Technical Discovery
If necessary, for migration and/or integration projects, we'll request access or a screen share of the client's systems to see the existing setup to evaluate their needs and level of complexity.

4. Client Presentation​
We’ll present our proposal and quote for services during the client presentation. From there, we will schedule a kick-off meeting with you and your client’s stakeholders to discuss our engagement.
