Traffix is a North American freight logistics provider specializing in transportation management and operational efficiency. With over 300 employees and rapidly growing demand, the company was challenged by fragmented systems — data spread across NetSuite (ERP), Fabric (data lake), Front (email), and Outlook.

To scale effectively, Traffix engaged Aptitude 8 to deliver a unified CRM foundation in HubSpot. The engagement spanned Marketing & Sales Hub implementation, a custom RFP object, and real-time integrations with Fabric and Front, supported by advanced data modeling, user governance, and structured training.
