The Challenges:
- Delayed Follow-ups on Abandoned Carts: Inability to promptly follow up with customers who abandoned their carts, affecting conversion rates.

The Solution:
- HubSpot CRM Integration: Implemented HubSpot as the new CRM system to enhance marketing automation and data management capabilities.
- Data Migration and Daily Sync: Migrated essential member data from iMIS to HubSpot and set up daily automatic updates to ensure data accuracy.
- Custom Scripts for Dynamic Deal Creation: Developed scripts to dynamically associate contacts with deals based on purchases and abandoned cart data, improving segmentation and follow-up strategies.

The Outcome
HubSpot dramatically improved ISPE's marketing capabilities. Each day, 120,000 members are synced, ensuring that the data used in marketing initiatives is always fresh and current. With 31 fields integrated, ISPE now has a comprehensive view of member interactions and preferences, which facilitates more nuanced and effective engagement strategies. Additionally, the migration of 20,000 contacts into HubSpot has centralized data management, simplifying processes and enhancing accessibility.
This robust integration has enabled ISPE to deploy more agile marketing campaigns, improve list segmentation, and respond more swiftly to member actions.
