- This process took selling time away from the sales reps, reducing their productivity.
- After the document was created, the information had to be entered into Salesforce, which meant the sales team had to enter the same data into two different formats, leading to the possibility of errors and omissions.

The Solution
- The Aptitude 8 team used the complete Formstack for Salesforce package to provide a solution for document creation and overhaul the process.
- Formstack Forms was used to capture necessary information for the sales team to create a document, strictly enforcing what data is needed to complete the contract.
- Nested fields were included to capture specific information based on deal types and the data collected was automatically pushed into Salesforce via the Formstack/Salesforce integration.
The Outcome
What once used to be a laborious process has been transformed into one of ease. The Aptitude 8 team was able to both solve a big data problem and instead create data continuity for their leadership team.Not only does this new process free up precious selling time, but it also creates greater visibility into forecasting, reliable reporting, interactions from the signing party, tracked contract signature status and a better customer experience.
