NephCure Kidney International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the awareness, treatment, and cure of kidney diseases.   • CRM Optimization: Optimized Salesforce, migrating 20,000 contacts and segmenting them to tailor engagement strategies.
  • Automation Implementation: Developed custom automations and workflows for various donor segments, enhancing personalized communication.
  • Marketing Integration: Integrated HubSpot with Salesforce to streamline marketing campaigns and manage webinars via Zoom.
  • Employee Training: Provided extensive training and detailed documentation to ensure effective adoption of new systems by NephCure's staff.

The Outcome

Nephcure’s employees are now using Salesforce and HubSpot religiously for customer relationship management and marketing efforts.
