Curbio stands as the leading pre-listing option in the country, catering to agents and homeowners preparing to sell. Offering a hassle-free experience with no initial payments required, Curbio delivers exceptional, comprehensive service, allowing sellers to focus on getting their property ready for the market without the stress of immediate expenses.

The Problem

  • Curbio used 35 workflows to match homeowners with agents. Maintenance and adding new markets or agents was time consuming and prone to human error.
  • During QBRs, Curbio manually extracted partner data, a process that was lengthy, restricted review capacity, and hindered swift interim check-ins.
  • Once homeowners and agents were matched through the above workflow, Curbio did not not have great insight into what happens to a homeowner when they're handed off to an agent.
  • Curbio did not have a great way to encourage and promote agents for completing more than 2 projects in a year.

The Solution

  • Using a custom object for Real Estate Agents and a custom-coded action, Aptitude 8 consolidated 35 workflows into 1 easy-to-update workflow.
  • Aptitude 8 built calculated properties to show at-a-glance QBR stats for both the current and last quarter, including won revenue, won deals, and partner ROI.
  • A8 put together an email that goes out to an agent when a match happens and throughout the sales process. This email has a link containing dynamic tokens to update the deal through the use of a form.
  • With the reward program details outlined by Curbio, A8 was able to build multiple custom-coded action workflows to kick off the program with a backfill process to keep track of project completions within a certain timeframe as well as on an ongoing basis.
