The Client
Bayard is a full service, recruitment marketing agency with about 400 clients across seven offices in the United States. They work with a variety of industries including transportation and logistics, healthcare, retail, and food service, and more to help them achieve their hiring goals. Their five main areas of focus are insights, brand, media, recruit (recruitment process outsourcing), and candidate (recruitment automation).
The Problem

Bayard wanted more standardization surrounding their processes, documentation, and utilization of tools across their separate offices around the country.

Their concern was that their existing office to office processes were impeding their ability to scale effectively as a unified, national agency.

The team was fresh off of a private equity acquisition and in expansion mode and was using mostly spreadsheets.

They wanted a more robust way of tracking their business processes across sales and marketing.

The Solution
- Implemented the full HubSpot CRM Platform.
- Developed a custom quote creation tool that allows agents to create and edit quotes through an eCommerce-like solution utilizing React and HubSpot serverless functions.
- Developed a React-based Campaign Tracker that allows an agent to fill out a campaign tracking system based on associated locations with a company.
- Developed custom coded actions and workflows needed to facilitate the creation and association of objects to other objects.
The Outcome
At any given time they can now have over 400 active tickets tracking for the spend of media across all their CS team and clients.
The Bayard team achieved a remarkable level of user adoption with more than 150 individuals trained and actively utilizing the new platform in the first 3 months.
Implementing HubSpot allowed them to share client information and transition clients to new teams more easily.
At any given time, the Bayard team can now have 400 active tickets tracking for the spend of media across their CS team and clients
To date, Bayard has already completed 2,276 media service tickets through the Service ticket stage.
