Why HubSpot Might Be the Right Choice For Your Business

According to a survey of over 1,000 marketers by HubSpot, nearly half (46%) feel that their marketing and sales technology costs are worth it. But how much more do HubSpot users agree with this sentiment compared to Salesforce users?

As a modern business, you know how important it is to have the right tools and resources in place to run your business.

It’s not easy to choose the right CRM and sales/marketing technology, but if you want fewer people managing your tech, better implementation process satisfaction rates, and easier access to comprehensive customer data; HubSpot may be the right choice for your business.

Let’s take a look at what makes HubSpot stand out from other CRM platforms.

Resource Savings

It is no secret that finding and managing internal resources can be difficult. With 63% of HubSpot users reporting that 3 or fewer people support their CRM and sales/marketing tools as a core part of their job, compared to 55% of Salesforce users reporting the same; it becomes clear that HubSpot requires fewer resources than Salesforce.

Additionally, 51% of HubSpot users report being extremely satisfied with their implementation process compared to 37% of Salesforce users reporting being extremely satisfied.  This means less time spent trying to find resources and more time devoted to running a successful business.

Comprehensive Customer Data

Having a full view of customer data is also an important factor when it comes to choosing the right platform for your business.

42% of HubSpot users say it is extremely easy to get a comprehensive view of customer data using their CRM and sales/marketing tech, compared to 35% of Salesforce users.

This means that with HubSpot you will have greater access to customer data which could lead to better decision-making when it comes time for marketing campaigns or product launches.

What Does This Mean for Your Business?

These results show that no matter what software you choose to invest in – whether it’s HubSpot or another platform – having a clear understanding of what kind of features you need and comparing prices between different vendors can help make sure you get the most bang for your buck when investing in marketing and sales technology solutions.

The research from HubSpot shows us that customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with their investments in marketing and sales technologies – particularly those who use HubSpot’s all-in-one tools - but those same customers need to be mindful of potential drawbacks when investing too heavily in certain platforms like Salesforce.

By taking the time to compare features and prices between different vendors before committing to one solution or another, your business can ensure that its investments in marketing and sales technology will pay off in the long run.
