The Problem

The Solution

  • The project aimed to turn HubSpot into a single source of truth for Capacity Interactive's financial data management, unloading a significant burden from the Head of Finance.
  • Automation was created to sort deals meeting particular stage criteria and export them to two different locations in the external financial data management system, providing real-time data for accurate forecasting.
  • Custom-coded actions were implemented to address communication barriers between HubSpot and the external system, ensuring a time and cost-effective solution.
  • Custom forms and fields were created to automate record management and save time for Sales Reps.

The Outcome

As a result of these solutions, the Head of Finance of Capacity Interactive was able to save an estimated one hour a day of data manipulation and could reinvest that time into more meaningful work that is better aligned with their talents and skills.
