We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our Services Team! In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for leading technical implementation projects, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of HubSpot-related engagements. You’ll work closely with Delivery Leads, Developers, Sales Engineers, and other Consultants to bring projects to life. This role balances technical expertise, project execution, and client engagement to deliver high-value solutions and drive business outcomes. 

 

Skills

  • Proficiency in HubSpot's Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs, including advanced knowledge of custom objects and workflows.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce administration and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with data modeling, migrations, and API/webhook setups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a focus on quality.

A Normal Day in This Role:

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Lead client projects, including implementations, integrations, migrations, and custom developments on the HubSpot platform.
  • Develop scalable, tailored solutions that address client business needs, leveraging HubSpot's advanced features and third-party integrations.
  • Create diagrams and process maps using tools like Lucidchart to illustrate solutions clearly.

Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contributing to discovery sessions and clearly defining solution requirements.
  • Drive sprint cadence, plan work accordingly, and conduct weekly sprint meetings with clients.
  • Present technical concepts as actionable business use cases, ensuring clarity and alignment with client goals.
  • Manage and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients, ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations.
  • Training clients on deliverables and platform processes.

Collaboration & Delegation

  • Work closely with Associates, Delivery Leads, and technical resources to execute tasks, provide guidance, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Write detailed task specifications and delegate to other team members as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) on deliverables and provide coaching to team members where needed.

Technical Expertise

  • Plan, configure and manage HubSpot features, including workflows, custom objects, API integrations, and webhooks.
  • Execute data migrations, property setups, and third-party app integrations to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot beta features and other technological advancements to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

HubSpot Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales)

As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in showing clients all that HubSpot has to offer for their requirements, how we can architect their solution, and sharing compelling user stories with potential prospects, all while fostering strong client relationships along the way.

In addition, we are looking for someone who not only has experience building solutions in HubSpot but also truly loves pushing the boundaries of the platform. About You

  • Strong experience in a B2B sales role, preferably involving complex products or services
  • Ability to communicate and present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience conducting discovery and doing presentations to VPs and C-Suite
  • Deep familiarity with CRM products and use cases
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, particularly the Sales, Service, and Marketing features

Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! You will be working directly within our service delivery and developer teams, collaborating with consultants, developers, and CX team. Our delivery teams lead client projects ranging from large-scale implementations, custom integrations, platform extensibility, and optimization + advisory on the HubSpot platform and connected systems. This role is to support and advance the work of the delivery teams and to hold all parties accountable for work getting done accurately, on time and according to the scope of work in a client-facing capacity. 

To be successful in this role requires strong project management expertise, extreme organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate risk to both internal and external stakeholders. Experience with technical CRM implementations is required for this role. ClickUp experience is also required for this role. HubSpot experience and PMP certification is strongly preferred, but not required. If you are PMP certified project manager with experience managing technical CRM implementations on the HubSpot platform, we’d love to talk to you.

  • Attend client sprint meetings, providing status updates and holding consultants and clients accountable 
  • Attend delivery team daily stand meetings to gather updates, prepare for client meetings
  • Send status updates and hours budget updates to clients
  • Communicate timeline and budget risk to both delivery teams and clients early and often
  • Coordinate and schedule discovery sessions and requirements verification calls
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing a client launch 
  • Updating task statuses, deadlines, dependencies, subtasks, checklists, gantts within ClickUp based on internal conversations, transferring conversations to details
  • Ensure time is logged, tasks are updated, and ClickUp reflects accurate project data
  • Running reports and building dashboards in ClickUp to keep projects on track
  • Managing hours budgets against actuals, reviewing reports to keep budget, and timeline on track and on target
  • Attend external kickoff meetings 
  • Manage external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of scoped work and how it effects internal dependencies

As an Account Executive on our team, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities throughout the prospect lifecycle including appointment setting, contract drafting, follow ups, and initial technical screenings. This role also will also require relationship building with HubSpot's sales reps.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in software sales, particularly within the HubSpot ecosystem, is highly advantageous. Key competencies include exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect Engagement: Scheduling appointments, conducting substantive initial consultations, and managing the sales process from end-to-end
  • Solution Sales Expertise: Employ in-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s product suite to formulate customized, impactful solutions for complex client issues.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust partnerships with HubSpot’s sales and services teams to align strategies in client acquisition and ensure mutual success.
  • Client Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the entire client lifecycle, from identification and engagement of prospects to the successful establishment of long-term business relationships.

 

Skills
