Aggreg8:

Portfolio-wide HubSpot Visibility in One View

Aggreg8 gives private equity teams a centralized view of performance across multiple HubSpot portals. Learn how it works and the insights it provides for monitoring portfolio pipeline, revenue, and growth trends.

The Challenge

Operating partners and analysts frequently need to log into multiple accounts, pull reports manually, and compile fragmented data to produce portfolio updates.

This process slows down reporting and makes it harder to quickly identify pipeline risks, revenue trends, and growth opportunities across companies.

What It Is

Aggreg8 is an application that unifies HubSpot data from multiple portals into a single portfolio view. Designed for private equity teams, it enables users to monitor revenue, pipeline, and growth metrics across portfolio companies without switching between HubSpot portals.

Unlike traditional integrations or data warehouses, Aggreg8 does not store or replicate data. Instead, it securely pulls live information from connected portals, providing real-time insights with minimal setup. Most teams connect portals and begin monitoring performance in just 5–10 minutes.

Key Characteristics:

  • High-level portfolio data aggregator
  • Connects multiple HubSpot portals into one view
  • No data storage or replication
  • Fast setup with minimal configuration
  • Live visibility into portfolio performance

  • Quickly compare performance across portfolio companies
  • Identify pipeline risks and revenue opportunities earlier
  • Reduce time spent logging into multiple portals
  • Streamline portfolio reporting and analysis
  • Action the learnings to solve bottlenecks quickly

Instead of gathering data manually, teams can focus on strategic decisions that drive portfolio growth.

What You Need

Getting started with Aggreg8 is simple and requires minimal technical setup.

To connect a portfolio company’s data, users only need:

  • A HubSpot user account with access to each portal they want to monitor
  • Permission to install Marketplace apps in each portal.

Once connected, the platform can immediately begin pulling key performance metrics across those environments.

Requirements

  • HubSpot login access to each portal
  • Authorization to connect those portals
  • No additional infrastructure required

Steps to Get Started

1. Create Your Account

Sign up at the Aggreg8 homepage using your email or Google account. After signing up, you'll be prompted to create an organization. Your organization is the top-level container for your team.

All connected portals, report configurations, and team members belong to your organization. Choose a name that represents your firm (e.g., "Acme Capital"). You can change it later in organization settings.

2. Invite Team Members

Go to Settings → Organization to invite teammates by email. Each member gets access to all connected portals and reports within your organization. Members can be assigned one of two roles:

  • Admin — Full access: connect/disconnect portals, manage settings, invite members
  • Member — View all reports and dashboards, but cannot modify settings or connections

3. Connect a HubSpot Portal

Navigate to Portals in the sidebar and click Connect Portal. This initiates an OAuth flow with HubSpot.

1. You'll be redirected to HubSpot to select which portal to connect
2. Authorize the Aggreg8 app to access deals, contacts, companies, and pipeline data
3. You'll be redirected back to Aggreg8 — the portal appears in your portal list

Repeat for each portfolio company. There's no limit on the number of portals you can connect.

4. Managing Portal Connections

The Portals page shows all connected portals with their HubSpot Hub ID, connection status, and when they were linked. To disconnect a portal, click the disconnect button next to it.

This removes the OAuth connection and stops pulling data from that portal. Historical data for that portal will no longer appear in reports. If a portal's OAuth token expires or is revoked in HubSpot, the portal will show a disconnected status. Reconnect it by clicking Connect Portal and re-authorizing.
