He was involved in the early stages of several key initiatives, such as field level permissions and custom objects. Dylan then left HubSpot for a short period seeking new challenges and exciting opportunities.

Dylan's return to HubSpot was prompted by the development of ChatSpot, an AI assistant for the HubSpot CRM developed by Dharmesh Shah. This innovative project, which leveraged the recent advancements in generative AI, piqued Dylan's interest and led to his return. ChatSpot represented a significant step forward in conversational AI and its application in CRM systems, aligning with Dylan's interest and expertise.
